Product Owner (m/f/d)

Permanent employee, Full-time · Plovdiv, München

Your mission
At TIMIFY, Product Owners are true product shapers.
You will own features and product areas end-to-end: from first idea and user problem, through UX concepts and system thinking, all the way to delivery, validation, iteration, and measurable impact. You will be in direct communication with customers working at and managing prominent, well-known brands worldwide, gaining first-hand insight into real, complex scheduling and SaaS challenges.

This role sits at the intersection of UX, design systems, technology, stakeholder communication and product management. You will work closely with Engineering, QA, Account Management, Sales, and our clients to ensure we build SaaS products that are intuitive, scalable, and deliver real business value — not just technically correct solutions.

What you’ll do
  • Own product features from concept to delivery and beyond — including continuous iteration and optimisation
  • Conceptualise features and flows based on user problems, business goals, and technical constraints
  • Define and maintain user journeys, UX flows, and interaction concepts with a strong SaaS mindset
  • Design and refine product solutions in Figma, working confidently with and evolving our design system
  • Translate concepts into clear, structured product documentation in Confluence
  • Create and maintain epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritised backlogs in Jira
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure shared understanding, feasibility, and high-quality delivery
  • Gather and balance feedback from Engineering, QA, Sales, Support, and Clients — and turn it into actionable product decisions
  • Validate solutions post-release, identify gaps, and drive improvements
  • Experiment boldly, test assumptions early, and take responsibility for fixing things quickly if experiments fail
  • Act as a strong product voice in stakeholder discussions, workshops, and planning sessions
Your profile
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner (or Product Manager with strong PO responsibilities) in a SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including working with and maintaining design systems
  • Excellent UX skills and a deep understanding of user-centred design for complex SaaS products
  • Solid understanding of how to conceptualise features and communicate them clearly to Engineering teams
  • Basic understanding of frontend technologies (e.g. how React-based UIs work)
  • Basic understanding of backend systems and databases (APIs, data flows, constraints — no coding required)
  • Strong documentation skills and experience working with Confluence and Jira
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, self-management, and accountability
  • Open-minded, creative, and comfortable with constructive criticism
  • Bold enough to challenge assumptions — pragmatic enough to adapt quickly
What sets you apart
  • You don’t wait for perfect input — you move things forward
  • You think in systems and journeys, not just screens
  • You care equally about UX quality, technical feasibility, and business value
  • You take responsibility for outcomes, not just outputs
