(Senior) Content Marketing Manager B2B (m/f/d)

Your mission

As a result of our growth, the Marketing Department is expanding. We’re looking for a (Senior) Content Marketing Manager B2B (m/f/d) who understands how content marketing can help us reach our specific goals and objectives. We are looking for someone creative and dynamic who can craft interesting, customer-centric, and well-researched content that drives traffic, engages visitors and generates sales. 

You will manage content creators and collaborate closely with your colleagues in Marketing, as well as with other stakeholders such as the Product and Sales teams. Therefore, excellent interpersonal and communicative skills, as well as sound leadership and decision-making abilities are key.


Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop a content strategy that encompasses our goals and aligns with our brand and company culture 
  • Manage the daily activities of a content team composed of writers, guest writers, graphic designers, translators and other industry professionals
  • Manage our corporate website including writing and updating content, working with external writers, agencies,designers, and translators to make sure the website is updated at all times
  • Plan and organise multi-channel content: case studies, blogs, reports, research, webinars, videos and events.
  • Work closely with other members of the marketing team to amplify and distribute content strategically 
  • Manage the TIMIFY Blog. Proof-read and edit blog posts before publication
  • Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year
  • Use target keywords to write copy that is optimised for search engines (SEO) while remaining entertaining and informative
Your profile
  •  At least 3 - 5 years working experience in creating web content, guides, blog articles, whitepapers, ebooks etc. 

  • Ability to conceive fresh and appealing ideas for new content that establishes or supports the company's brand identity
  • Native level German and English skills
  • Expertise with using SEO best practices to write creative copy that includes effective keyword placement
  • Experience with social media engagement strategies and best practices 
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objectives
  • Knowledge of WordPress
  • Self-starter, solution-oriented, and a team player, with good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
